If your custom orthotic insole requires an unusual shape, you can send us the outline of the existing insole so we can match the shoe more closely. 

 

Simply trace the outline and include a way of determining the scale.

Scan the trace with a normal printer/scanner in moderate resolution, and upload the image in the "Upload Files" box in our online ordering system (or email it to pgo@footpoint.com.au).

All orthotics require finishing grinds during fitting to ensure perfect fit, but supplying the template will get it that much closer.
